(5) Plant Biology: Making Eggs

The life cycle of flowering plants begins with the production of eggs; when fertilized, these eggs will

(6) Plant Biology: Making Pollen

Anther cells produce four haploid microspores, which divide to eventually form the haploid pollen cells.

(7) Plant Biology: Pollination and Fertilization

Insects usually assist in the fertilization of flowering plants. Fertilization occurs when one sperm nucleus
fuses with the egg nucleus. Other sperms form the endosperm by fusing with egg cells.

How are things?

Hi guys! Writing to you from my new work place for the next 7 weeks. Things have been pretty hectic on my side. But I guess it's a very good experience for me.

How has things been in school? Heard something about not attending Tuesday's after school lessons? Well dont't think that was a very wise move to make. All lessons are complusory and they help make us an all rounded person not just only in sports. I do hope that you take the other subjects as seriously as you would for your sports. Making a choice of only concentrating in sports, is like deciding to use only your right hand to do your daily tasks. I'm pretty sure that in some tasks that you carry out daily , for example buttoning your shirts and washing your hair, all require both your hands to accomplish. Give yourself a chance to do well and try your best in everything you do. Maybe just maybe you will be as good as or as interested as you are in your sports. Do give it some thought.

I hope that you guys will continue to improve yourselves on a day to day basis. Make sure that each night before you close your eyes, ask yourself what you have learnt for the day and how were you better than the day before.

Defending Singapore

I found this on Youtube, thought it is quite funny but relevant at the same time. We were hoping some of you would be able to come up with a video showing what and how you will defend Singapore. Due to time constraints, you are not to be blamed. Just enjoy the video....
